Terms and Conditions of Aptos Rewards
Welcome to the Aptos Rewards program, a unique loyalty initiative for our certified doctors. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility: Participation in Aptos Rewards is exclusively available to doctors certified by Aptos who are registered in the Aptos Digital Ecosystem and possess an Apass.
2. Point Accumulation:
· Points are earned through activities specified by the program, such as scanning QR codes on Aptos products, attending designated congresses, and participating in clinical studies.
· Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
3. Point Expiration: While points do not currently have an expiration date, this is subject to change. Participants will be notified of any such changes through email and Aptos`s official social media channels.
4. Non-transferability of Points: Points are non-transferable and must be earned and used by the same individual.
5. Redemption: There are no limitations or restrictions on the number of points that can be redeemed, unless specified in specific promotions or events.
6. Program Changes: Aptos reserves the right to modify or terminate the program. Any such changes will be communicated to participants via email and through Aptos`s official social media channels.

8. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law:
- In case of any disputes related to point accumulation or redemption, participants should contact their regional sales manager directly. Aptos will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present Terms or related to its violation, termination or nullity shall be submitted to Tbilisi City Court under the Georgian Civil Procedural Law Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Tbilisi, Georgia. The validity of this Clause/Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. International and local Conflict of law rules are excluded.
- Any questions and disputes relating to this Terms which are not expressly or implicitly settled by the provisions contained in this Terms itself shall be governed by the Civil Code of Georgia (applicable in the Country of Georgia).
9. Compliance with Laws: The program will comply with all applicable international, national, and local laws. Participants are also responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local regulations.
