• Special Categories of Personal Data – precisely Photos of Doctors.

• Location Data includes your city and state/province as voluntarily disclosed by you.
• Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products have bought from.
• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, ISP name, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Website.
• Content Data includes photos, videos, audio (for example, music and other sounds), data, text (such as comments and hashtags), metadata, images, interactive features, emojis, GIFs, memes, and any other material you create, perform, or upload on or through our Website and information about the content you create, perform, or upload. We will use your collected personal data on our Website, including your name, surname, images for Aptos Rewards Program. Precisely, your name/surname, photo, QR code quantity, rating will be published on our website, to utilize it in any publications, including journals, textbooks, presentations, and electronic publications. I understand that the image/videos may be seen by means of the general public, in social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). 

4. Data Security

We have in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and which provide a level of security appropriate to the risk represented by the processing and the nature of the data to be protected.

We have in place procedures so that any third party authorizes to have access to the personal data, including processors, will respect and maintain the confidentiality and security of the personal data. This provision does not apply to persons authorized or required by law or regulation to have access to personal data. 

It will process the personal data for purposes described in Section 3 of the present Consent.
